We prefer meeting you, maintaining the personal touch that has served us and our customers well for nearly 20 years. It's the only way we can know you enough to answer your questions and make sure the products are compatible with your system.

Our rule is "If it doesn't sound or look better, it isn't better". The only way to discern that is to listen or watch. We maintain fully equipped listening facilities in comfortable surroundings and we configure systems just for you. This is the only way for you to tell if component A is better than B.

Finally, we want to give you our best and current price (sometimes they even go down) on the products that interest you. We often have nice pre-owned gear that might serve your needs just as well and save you some money.
